1. The Conference (Nov 25-26, 2017) and Convergence (Nov 27 - Dec 02, 2017) are two distinct events. Select the event/s you want to attend and register accordingly.
2. The two-day Conference (25-26 Nov 2017) is open to all.
3. You can participate in the Convergence if you have successfully completed a standard Permaculture Design Course (PDC) or are referred by a permaculture practitioner.
4. The main language of sessions at the Conference and Convergence will be English. Translation facility in Hindi and Telugu will be provided in the Main Hall during the Conference.
5. Please see the Rate card (below this list of guidelines) for details of the Registration Fees for both events. Accommodation options and rates are provided separately. The Registration fees include meals during the events.
6. The sooner you register, you can avail relevant discount in fee as specified in the Super Early, Early, Regular and Late rates. Super early price is available only to the first 50 international participants. It is a combined fee for Conference & Convergence.
7. If you would like to bring your children along to the event, registration fee per child (3 to 12 years of age) is 50% of the fee for adults. If you require a separate bed for the child's accommodation, standard rates apply.
8. To register, fill in the online registration form and proceed to pay the fees through the Payment Gateway.
9. Once we receive the registration form (complete in all respects) and the fee is credited in the account, you will receive an email confirming your participation along with your Registration Number. Please quote this number in all subsequent communications.
10. Indian participants also have the option of paying the fees via NEFT or Demand Draft.

12. The APPLICATION FORM for scholarship support to attend the International Permaculture Conference and Convergence (IPC India) in 2017 for Indian delegates will be available on the website from Jan 1, 2017 till March 31, 2017. 13. Registration fee is inclusive of Service Tax.
14. Cancellation and refunds are allowed in exceptional cases subject to deductions viz. service tax remitted to Government of India and payment gateway charges paid. Cancellation fee is 25% of the registration fee and accommodation amount, whichever applicable. The balance will be refunded in the participant's account in 15 days of cancellation.

#The accommodation for five nights is applicable for the participants attending the full Convergence. For participants opting for '3-day Convergence', the accommodation cost is calculated for three days.
