1. The Conference (Nov 25 - 26, 2017) and Convergence (Nov 27 - Dec 02, 2017) are two distinct events. The two-day Conference is open to all for participation. For the five-day Convergence, you can participate if you have undergone a standard Permaculture Design Course (PDC) or are referred by a permaculture practitioner.

2. To apply under the 'Student' category, you must be under 25 years of age and currently pursuing education in a bona fide educational institution. Along with your application, you will need to submit a copy of your current Identity Card issued by your educational institution. Limited tickets are available.

3. Your registration will be cancelled if you do not meet the criteria for application. You will have the option to register as an Indian participant and pay the balance amount or you will be charged 25% cancellation fee.

4. Last date for application is June 30, 2017. Approved applicants must register within one month of approval of application. Limited tickets are available.

5. The main language of sessions at the Conference and Convergence will be English. Translation facility in Hindi and Telugu will be provided in the Main Hall during the Conference.

6. Please see the Rate card (below this list of guidelines) for details of the Registration Fee for both the events. Accommodation options and rates are provided separately. The Registration fee include meals during the events.

7. The sooner you register, you can avail of the relevant discount in fees as specified in the Early and Regular rates.

8. Registration fee is inclusive of Service Tax.

9. Cancellation and refunds are allowed in exceptional cases subject to deductions viz. service tax remitted to Government of India and payment gateway charges paid. Cancellation fee is 25% of the registration fee and accommodation amount, whichever applicable. The balance will be refunded in the participant's account in 15 days of cancellation.

#The accommodation for five nights is applicable for the participants attending the full Convergence. For participants opting for '3-day Convergence', the accommodation cost is calculated for three days.
