1. The Conference (25 - 26 Nov 2017) and Convergence (27 Nov - 02 Dec 2017) are two distinct events. You can apply and register as an event volunteer for only one of the two events.

3. You will be required to work for a four-hour shift during the event and full time for a specific number of days before the event.

4. Conference volunteers are required to report for volunteering from November 23, 2017 morning until the end of the event on November 26, 2017.

5. Convergence volunteers will need to arrive at the Convergence venue about four to seven days in advance. In general, Convergence volunteers will not be able to attend the Conference.

6. If event volunteers are unable to reach on the reporting date, the registration as 'volunteer' will stand cancelled. They can then attend the event only by paying the balance fee for regular participation.

7. The two-day Conference ( Nov 25-26, 2017) is open to all for participation.

8. For the Convergence ( Nov 27- Dec 02, 2017), you can participate or volunteer if you have successfully completed a standard Permaculture Design Course (PDC) or are referred by a permaculture practitioner.

9. Fill in the Volunteer Application Form first, under the Category of 'Event Volunteer'. Once your volunteering application is approved, you will be provided the guidelines for Registration.

10. Last date for application is June 30, 2017. Approved applicants must register within one month of approval of application. Limited tickets are available.

11. The main language of sessions at the Conference and Convergence will be English. Translation facility in Hindi and Telugu will be provided in the Main Hall during the Conference.

12. Please see the Rate card (below this list of guidelines) for details of the Registration Fee for both events. The Registration fee include meals during the events.

13. Accommodation options and rates are provided separately. You need to select type of accommodation and pay the amount for the dates of the event. For the additional days that you will volunteer prior to the event, the organizers will provide accommodation and meals.

14. The sooner you register, you can avail of the relevant discount in fees as specified in the Early and Regular rates.

15. Registration fee is inclusive of Service Tax.

16. Cancellation and refunds are allowed in exceptional cases subject to deductions viz. service tax remitted to Government of India and payment gateway charges paid. Cancellation fee is 25% of the registration fee and accommodation amount, whichever applicable. The balance will be refunded in the participant's account in 15 days of cancellation.
