The IPCs are all about showcasing out-of-the-box designs and solutions to make our march towards healthy societies stronger. Continuing with our emphasis on our vision, IPC India 2017 would love to showcase products or services that are natural, organic, ethically sourced and different through IPC stalls.

We want our delegates get a glimpse of our rich cultural heritage and ensure that it’s the best that we offer.

Your stall will be part of the IPC conference scheduled on Nov 25 & 26 at the Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University – the only farm university in the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Please read these guidelines before submitting the application for booking a stall.

• The stall will have a space of 9 sq m and it includes 3 tables and chairs.
• You will take complete responsibility of the products/services you will sell.
• The timings of the Conference will be 9 am to 6 pm on Nov 25 and 9 am to 8 pm on Nov 26.
• The cost of the stall will be ₹6000 for two days. Food charges will be ₹1500 per person for two days and accommodation charges are mentioned in the table here:

• If you are in India, the payment for the stall can be made through NEFT or through our crowdfunding platform. If you are abroad, payment will only be made through our crowdfunding platform. We will send you the details once your application is accepted.
